I received a letter. Now what?

Steps after GETTING a letter

1. Check the Name: Make sure the letter is for you. If it's not, ask the person it’s meant for to contact us.

2. Apply with Your PIN: Go to the application link and enter the PIN in the top left corner of the letter. If you've lost your letter or PIN, call us at (352) 339-9393 or email info@jignv.org, and we'll help.

3. Fill Out the Application: Answer all the questions on the form as best you can. These questions don’t decide if you get the money—eligible applicants are chosen randomly.

4. Wait for a Response: After the application closes, we will notify selected recipients as soon as possible.

Make sure your application is submitted by December 4, 2024. The application period is open from November 13, 2024, to December 4, 2024.
